Beit Dolev is a centre combining accommodation, food and art in the Galilee. The rooms let in tons of light along with views of the Galilee, the orchard and the regional plant gardens. Esti Dolev’s kitchen is a creative chef’s kitchen using regional products. Avi Dolev’s artistic hand can be felt in every corner of space.
Beit Dolev was founded upon Avi and Esther’s dream of starting an ecological business that combined their living and working spaces.
Beit Dolev is located in the village of Tzorit in the Western Galilee. The structure is 3 stories and contains 3 gorgeous and artistically inspired overnight quarters, a homey restaurant that operates upon advance reservation which can host 18-20 guests in the winter and up to 30 people in the summer in the garden, a large kitchen for cooking workshops (up to 10 participant) and an art studio where you can participate in mosaic making workshops.
